There comes the sound of three hard knocks on the door.
And then—
"Zelrius~ I know you're in there."
Nyx's voice seeps under the door frame like smoke and the playful tonality of her words gives an obvious hint to her current demeanor. There is a slight slur that insinuates that she has been drinking, and the rasp of her words delineates that she has something in mind that she wants to do. The knock on the door was simply a pass at her being polite because, in the next moment, her fingers curl around the doorknob and she shoves the door open.
"C'mon," she murmurs while stepping over the threshold of the room, a dangerous smirk pressing against her lips. "Let's go. I got a dinner reserved for us at this cute little diner one street over."
She doesn't wait for him to invite her in nor does she give him a chance to deny her advances. Instead, she kicks the door closed behind her and meanders over to the bed, grabbing the bottom of the comforter and yanking, effectively pulling it off of him should he be in the bed attempting to sleep.
