Nico rised an eyebrow at that, taking her time to look at him up and down. "Then go ahead and do something stupid. But it don't sound like you to look forward to an ass-kicking." She smirked. Wasn't he all about staying out of trouble? Well, that certainly didn't fit the quota.
Perhaps he would be the more excited out of the pair to get to that point. Perhaps not, and he is just playing around, despite how unwise that can turn out to be.
Just as unwise as he is right now. Bold or stupid perhaps would be a better way to define his last words, which fortunately for him wouldn't be the last he mutters... Yet.

She pointed back behind herself and towards the window. "Oh and I'm not punching you on the face because I don't want your mom to worry for no reason," She pushed her hands back to her pockets, leaning towards him, favouring his right side.
