Ruby's face grew as red as her hair at Ilya's laugh, and when Ishtara said it was adorable, she looked away with arms crossed so tight and pressing against her chest that it was almost suffocating to herself. "I-I won't do this again! It was an accident!" She said, then pausing and freezing at Ilya's words.

She turned to look at the girl that was supposedly a veteran, rubbing her neck. "Really? I... I am not really good at directions either. And Ishtara... She is new, so-" Ruby looked at both of them.

Wait, they would easily get lost like that, weren't they?

Holding that thought away for a moment, she sighed and looked at Ishtara's trouble to craft a fishing line. "It is fine, mistakes are normal at first. Let me... Empower you a little bit, if you have a magic boost, maybe it will be easier." She said, clearing her throat and getting into a dance position before carefully starting to work on a few dance steps, making her bells ring gently with their magical notes, wrapping around Ilya and Ishtara's bodies.

Even though Ilya wasn't a stranger to the world of Terrasphere, the use of magic still constantly took her by surprise. Her eyes following the threads of mana being woven by Ruby's spell. Inspiration flooding her body, her fists felt lighter, her mind sharper. "Take your time Ishtara, we're in no rush!" Ilya shot a thumbs up her way before she took a seat on a nearby rock. "Meanwhile..." Ilya stuck her tongue out in concentration as she focused on her hands. She formed a fist, taking note of Ishtara's reply as to where she thought the river was.

Flicking through her UI menu she tried to find anything that might be of help. Wait a second.... Ilya tapped the little map icon. Letting out an exclamation, "I totally forgot there was a map in our UI's. I've been there before, even if you guys haven't so I have it unlocked." Taking a closer peek at where the girls were in regards to the river, Ilya let out a lighthearted chuckle.

"Annnd it looks like Ishtara was right, the river is in fact that way." Ilya pointed towards where Ishtara had referenced earlier. "Totally not where I was going to head towards. So i'm glad i've got both of you here." Ilya scratched the back of her neck in embarrassment. Ilya then began to silently watch Ishtara again, rooting her on with her thoughts.

Ishtara began laughing quietly as Ilya flicked open the map and said that she was right. Her tail curled lightly around her as she turned around. "Alright! Then that river I woke up next to was totally a destination I should have stuck around!" She shouts before freezing in place mid-step.

Before suddenly disappearing from view. She'd been disconnected from the game. The power must have shut off or something.

When she opened her eyes she was back home. Her boyfriend hovering over her with a slight worried expression on his face. "Did something happen, hun?" She asked as he just sighs.

"Just making sure you keep your promise. You said 2 hours and that's it."

"Oh! I didn't realize it had-.." She sighs and stood up, stretching. "I'll go make us some food. Anything you want, dear?"

"Oooh, right. The map..." Ruby swayed her tail, clasping her hands with a wide grin in her lips, seeing Ilya poking her UI and expecting an answer until she revealed the location of the river. The following words of the girl made Ruby a bit embarrassed herself, twitching her tail and smiling sheepishly.

"Hehe, I mean, I did nothing. You are the one with the map" She said, chuckling and turning to see the Faerin. "The one who gave the idea was-- Huh? Huh?!" Her eyes grew wide, shifting her eyes from place to place, unsure of where the other one was.

"What? She disappeared? What happened?" Ruby asked, surprised about what was happening, completely forgetting the fact that 'disconnection' was something that could occur.

Instead, she started searching around, with her tail wrapping around the grip of her sword, tightening and preparing herself to fight any monster that could simply spirit them away.

lion's pride...

Just like that, Ishtara had dematerialized leaving only Ilya and and Crimson in the spacious grove. Ilya placing her hands on her hips. "Something must have come up in the real world, which would mean her body would naturally log out. She'll probably log back on later, but I probably wouldn't recommend waiting. It will probably take some time." She looked at Crimson, inspecting her closer. "We can still go fishing if you want to, I don't mind. It just means one less person!"

Ilya began to trudge onwards, unless Crimson Ruby had stopped her and suggested that they do something else, Ilya would be on her way to where the river was supposed to be. Until she burst through the clearing, seeing the river directly in front of her. She took up a spot on a rock and cast her rod out into the river.

She made sure to do it in a spot that still left plenty of room for Crimson Ruby to do it "the old fashioned way".

"Oh-" Ruby blinked, with her cheeks becoming rosy as she swayed her tail and averted her eyes. "O-Of course, she logged off-" She muttered sheepishly, now feeling silly that she didn't consider the possibility right away.

Her ears then twitched at the offer, which still lingered despite the other one disappearing. Ruby looked back at Ilya, unwrapping her tail from the grip of her sword and swaying it, nodding with a small smile. "Yeah! We can still fish as two, right?" Technically you could fish even by yourself, but at that point, it was just something boring rather than enjoyable. At least in her mind.

"You will lead the way? I will admit I'm not that good at fishing." She said. Her specialty was dancing and music, after all. Fishing was far from being her practice priority.

But hey, a fish was a fish, and if she could learn how to catch those, she would make her life easier.

And maybe she would get a friend in this-
