Personality
If she were to describe herself, Andrea would say that she is, in every sense of the word, completely unremarkable. Just another person who moves through life without ever doing anything note-worthy or generally leaving much behind. A stance she keeps on asserting despite still being very young and having plenty of oppertunities ahead of her. This, however, might in itself be part of her problem - namely that she has very few interests outside of some very generic things. This lack of motivation means that she had always simply moved through life, doing things that seemed interesting at the moment but never headed towards a grander goal.
Even something as major as joining a deadly game like TerraSphere was decided on a dime with the sole purpose of simply watching others have fun and figure out the various reasons why they would play something as dangerous as this game. That said, somewhere along the way, she came to subconsciously want to help, despite still seeing herself as a distant observer and nothing more. Living out and helping with motivations of desires of others while having none of her own, that seems to be her current way of life in the game.
Positive: Compassionate, determined, patient, loyal, open
Negative: Occasionally pessimistic, overly trusting, lonesome, drive-less
Background
Andrea never understood why she got one of the infamous glitched emails with a downloadable client. Her life was nothing remarkable, coming from a family of slightly above-average wealth, attending school like everyone else. Almost all of her decisions were made purely on her own feelings in the moment without much consideration for the future, eventually landing her in a university programme she had no particular feelings about, instead of one she would actually enjoy. Yet, she didn't particularly mind the monotony of life either, satisfied as long as she could find enough time to do more entertaining things, such as playing games or watching videos online.
After receiving the game, however, things changed a fair bit. She had never heard much about TerraSphere, aside from what was common public knowledge. Game with unknown developers somehow capable of killing its players outside of the game - banned for many years only to apparently reappear as of late. It was something a sane person would avoid and ensure their own survival, or perhaps explore a bit before pulling out. But Andrea figured she would dive in a bit deeper. Not for her own entertainment, but out of curiosity. She wanted to know why people would keep playing a game where real death was a possibility - to become an observer.
This in itself became the girl's reason to keep playing such a dangerous game. And despite seeing herself as nothing more than a distant observer, she quickly became immersed and eager to help other players with their own adventures. By following the ideals of those around her, perhaps she too will one day find something she'd want to strive for, and finally have a concrete vision of her own future. At least within the confines of this strange, yet beautiful game.
