Personality
Although Lucy is overly forgiving, she is not a pushover, meaning she won't let people fully walk all over her... However, this doesn't mean she knows how to stick up for herself. Lucy oftentimes seeks out the positives in life and tries her best not to let anything negative get to her. Even though she is optimistic, sometimes things might get to her for a short time. Though her attitude will easily switch back to a more positive and enthusiastic vibe rather quickly. Lucy supports everyone as much as she can, and would go as far as to help them complete tasks they need to complete, etc.
Lucy sometimes gets carried away when she gets excited, and gets into messes she can't always handle. This brings out her troublesome nature and has been scolded more than once. Lucy loves all things cute, especially little fluffy animals. She always desires more, more adventure, more exploration, more everything.

Background
Celia was raised in a very loving household. Being the oldest of twelve, Celia was always looked up to whenever her mother's weren't around (yes I said mothers. Celia was adopted). Although she didn't know who her parents were, Celia didn't need to know. The love of her family was enough. Celia's favorite past-time while growing up was to go to the arcade with her siblings. One summer, the 5th child of the family, Barnie, was playing on the claw machine when he got a box as a prize. Doting on his oldest sister he gave it to Celia. When she opened it, she saw that it was a bracelet with a little purple dinosaur charm on it.
Fast forwarding.. Celia graduated from highschool, she went to college and then she graduated. Her degree not meaning much as she began to work at a Movie Theater. Once she accumulated enough money, working for a few years, Celia was able to accomplish her dream and open a flower shop. Still cherishing her wristband, Celia lived at home and worked her dream job as she watched her siblings grow up and move on in life. Despite working at a flower shop, she rarely was able to go out and about, her flowers weren't picked by her in a massive flower field, so she wasn't really fulfilling her dream.
It wasn't until a customer had entered her shop, peeking her interest as they spoke of a VR game where it sounded like she could go out and do whatever she wanted. Including visit flower fields, when she got more information from the customer. She started the next chapter in her life and entered the world of TS.
