Personality
Physical World
Outside of the game, Abigail is your average shy and reserved girl who has not seen much of the outside world. Getting to leave the city where she was born only a handful of times, her view on things is very limited and often shaped by her environment, much to her resentment. While feeling rebellious on the inside, she never shows it on the outside and simply bottles everything up, acting like the proper girl she is meant to be. As a result, she can also never muster up the courage to speak her mind or stand up to anyone she might not agree with anything, instead opting to go along and nod in agreement while thinking the opposite.
TerraSphere
Inside of the game, Lucille is the exact opposite of Abigail. Capable of letting out all of her feelings and emotions, she is a wild and often unstoppable force. Always ready to use crass language or engage in debauchery that she could never even imagine in her ordinary boring life outside of the game, she can sometimes be the very definition of chaos. This can have both positive and negative effects on those around her, as one should rarely be bored in her presence. On the other hand, she might charge into danger head-on or even disregard the safety of others. Lastly, she tends to truly lean into her role and often values strength above all else.
Positive: Courageous, Headstrong, Passionate
Negative: Blunt, Careless, Impulsive
Background
Abigail was born into a very conservative Christian family, which enforced stringent rules for most of her life. Decisions were often made for her, including where she would go to school, what kind of work she would do after graduation, and even who she should marry. Of course, things rarely work out as planned, and even while attending a private all-girls religious school, the girl would discover just what wonders lay beyond the borders of the city that was her home. From that moment onward, a more rebellious spirit would be born inside of her.
Years later, she was browsing the internet on a laptop she managed to get under the guise of improving her studies; she ran into the rumors about a game that was allegedly banned worldwide but suddenly returned not too long ago. While very interesting, the girl did not give it much more thought. That was until she received a strange email later on. Somewhat ironically, she did not even own a VR headset. But the executable file she had downloaded from the glitched email piqued her curiosity far too much. It was hell on earth to get the necessary hardware, but after spending just about all the money she had, she managed to get her hands on the required tech.
Terrasphere was everything Abigail could have ever hoped for and more. A second reality where she could be anyone she wanted to be! Naturally, this ended up reflected in her avatar, which was nothing short of the complete opposite of the girl she was in the real world. Abigail finally had an outlet for herself. A place where she could be anyone and try anything she wanted! The only shame was that having to justify owning such a VR set to her strict parents remained exceptionally difficult. She was using it for purely wholesome Christian matters, she swore!
