Personality
Almost as in an act, the personality difference between Elizabeth and Ros is night and day. While Elizabeth is serious and hardworking, Ros is laid back and lacking discipline. While Elizabeth can be a beacon, Ros is the kind of person society tells you to avoid being.
Ros simply believes in a simple philosophy, put on a different face for every person you meet. To her co-workers, she can be cheerful, caring and talkative. To her friends she might appear lazy and laidback, almost complacent. A true face is only seen by herself.
In a way, her personality is like a mixture. Each thing she does is a small aspect of her personality, things that make her, her. However how much of that mixture is X or Y personality is situation dependent.

Background
Born in a small uninteresting German town, she grew up knowing one particular thing. Horses. Her family farm was a horse breeding center, who was known to house many famous and retired German racehorses and show horses. Her favorite as a child was Mayonnaise Rush, a cream colored show horse who had earned a rightful amount of ribbons.
Her passion for animals carried over into her studying years, aspiring to become a professional animal caretaker, and it was relatively smooth sailing. It was not until work did she learn the life of an adult to be tiring and stressful. Appointments, Files and Deadlines annoy her to no end and her interpersonal skills are being stretched and pulled to the limit. Many moments she wanted just a long break from everything.
And that's when she got hold of a VR headset for her birthday gift. It came with a relaxing farming game and TS. While her friend doesn't remember putting it in there, they thought nothing of it and told her to delete it. Curiosity got the better of Ros, and she logged onto TS.
