Personality

Chimney is a clever and calculating woman, who uses the skills at her disposal to try and get ahead. She talks quickly, and often at great length, in a way that she hopes might put someone out of their element and leave them confounded enough for her to work over. She is a confidence man by trade, and confidence oozes off of every inch of her.

She tries to pass herself off as stylish and educated but more often than not will be lacking in some necessary quality. In spite of this, she does not let pride get in her way and accepts any shortcomings she has as an opportunity for growth. She readily relies upon others if they have heelp to offer, but seldom puts any real trust in them when it comes to the things that matter, like her safety. She is cautious, but not paranoid. Opportunistic, without being cut-throat. She knows when to take a risk, and when to take a loss. Altogether she sees herself as a pretty well adjusted criminal mastermind, looking to make her big score.

Positive: Athletic, Calculating, Confident, Eloquent, Outspoken
Negative: Ambituous, Blunt, Erratic, Irreverent, Opportunistic

Background

Robin grew up the youngest of four unwanted children in Brooklyn, New York. While the first kid is an acceptable surprise, and the second can be considered an unfortunate mishap, when you're four kids in and still caught off guard you have to wonder if lady luck is really to blame. At least that was Robin's mindset on the whole thing. By the time she had come along either a certain amount of planning and consideration should have been done, or steps should have been taken to prevent the problem from reoccuring altogether. Instead her parents chose reactive over proactive, and took solace in playing the victim and blaming her and their other surprises for all of life's troubles. Not enough money, not enough food, not enough peace and quiet. Whatever was in short supply was the fault of Robin and her sisters; the only thing they ever seemed to provide enough of was trouble.

Growing up in a household like that taught Robin to provide for herself because she could not rely on others out of the goodness of their hearts. She learned to take what was available when it was available, and to never turn up her nose at charity. To those that had and were not wanting to give, a little enticement or "coercive encouragement" could open both wallets and doors of opportunity. She could accomplish as much by laying the right words on someone as she could by laying them out with her fists, which gave her options in how to deal with things.

By the time she entered highschool she had already run away from home enough times to make it clear she never planned to go back. She found legal emancipation and began to make her own way, all the way to college. She tried higher education in the hopes of going straight, but... A less than successful degree in Communications later, and she was back to doing what she did best: whatever she wanted. She found solace in games, and eventually found her way onto Terrasphere 2.0 out of curiosity, having missed the initial hype and horror.
