Outside the Game, Olivier is a charming and compassionate man who loves his fellow actors and treasures the values instilled through his childhood. He fancies himself a hero, and does whatever he can to help others out.

Outside the game Olivier is a ren fair actor, living in a world of make believe. He was raised on stories of the olden days, of knights, chivalry, and adventure. He was particularly taken in by stories of an alleged ancestor for whom he was named Olivier V de Clisson, the Butcher. He was fascinated by such incredible tales of inner fortitude, bravery and badasserdom. However, he was born in an age far removed from those things, filled with droll things like Tiktok, late night talk show hosts, and MTV. He took to doing mock battles, LARPING, and eventually settled in with a trope that traveled the country to do renaissance faire performances. One day a friend introduced him to the world of VRMMORPGs, and he was hooked. When he wasn't performing, he was off exploring other worlds in his headset he'd spent months saving for. It was like a drug, and when rumors of an ultra realistic game like Terrasphere caught his ear, it was on like donkey kong.
