Personality
Asher is the guy that would rather walk you to your destination instead of telling you where the place is. He enjoys meeting other people, helping where he can, and eating new food. God, he absolutely loves food. He'll try anything once, twice if it was made by someone new, three times if the protein has changed (chicken tacos vs. steak tacos, for example). Somehow, he has inherent knowledge about where to find the most obscure shops that sell really good food and he is more than willing to share them with you if you ask.
He doesn't work for profit, but out of the want to help folks. TerraSphere is an amazing place, but it is brimming with monsters and evil things just waiting to grab you by the ankles and make your life miserable. Asher wants to help it...not be like that. He makes friends easily, doesn't really understand personal boundaries, and probably doesn't think things through before he does them. He is fueled by impulse and it normally takes someone or something to keep him on track.
There are times when he can get very melancholy, though what brings on these episodes is unknown. He'll be up, happy as a clam, and the next moment, he'd rather be alone than with a group of people which is...odd for him. These episodes do not last long and can normally be entirely circumvented by offering him food or cuddling up with him for a nap.
Positive: Determined, Kindhearted, Glutenous
Negative: Competitive, Impersonal, Unhurried
Background
There was always an air of competition between Kristoph and his six siblings. Maybe it's because they were born so close together or because they never had enough of, well, anything, that a need grew and expanded in his chest to have what he could and keep it to himself. He was dragon-like, hoarding whatever he could, keeping it for himself, unwilling to share or cooperate with others. He didn't play nice and when his older siblings bullied him, he was sure to bite back and bite harder. It didn't stop them from their sick games, but it did get him the attention he craved from his mother...the wrong kind of attention.
He didn't care. Something was better than nothing. That want for attention would haunt his steps throughout his life, though there was aspects of it that did help him.
His intense desire to be noticed landed him a cushy job at an IT company, good pay for little work, and the VR headset was the first thing he spent his paycheck on. Terrasphere was the escape from reality that he craved.
He could be someone of note here, not another Baccal Kid tethered to who his siblings were, who his mother was, and how he couldn't tell you his father's first name. It shouldn't have mattered after high school, but you'd be surprised what aspects of people paid the most attention to. However, none of that mattered here. He could protect people, fight bad guys, make a real name for himself, and live out the hero fantasies that plagued him since he was nothing more than a kid.
He didn't know about the three-death limit and now, well, he barely remembers his time outside of the game.

Having been exposed to and killed by the many dangers of the adventuring life, you have developed warped and overly-sensitive senses. You break into sweat when you fear footsteps behind you. Your skin crawls when a shadow flashes at the corner of your eyes. You may not be able to help your sensitivity, but at least you are rarely affected by jumpscares.
There's something haunting about human-like figures in the form of mannequins, wax figures, statues, puppets, and other objects that feature far too many qualities possessed by actual humanoids. Your skin crawls whenever you're in the presence of one of the aforementioned objects, which you swear mocks you with subtle animation when you're not looking.
You are debilitated in the presence of amphibians, big or small. It won't be long before these creatures, which inhabit both land and water, will become the overlord over your dominion. There's an intense desire deep within you that tells you that you must wipe them out to protect those you love... The only problem is, you're terrified of them.
