Alpha is a magia out for truth. Theories about the origins of her kind intrigue her, and the discoveries of her fellow travelers fuel her curiosity, compelling her to do (almost) whatever it takes to unravel the many secrets beneath Terrasphere's surface.
As a researcher, Alpha is passionate, primarily dedicating herself to the field of magitech, though harboring a passing interest in a myriad of subjects. She's most enthusiastic when working with others, bouncing ideas off of them, or just teasing them to break the tension that often comes with more strenuous research. While she isn't at all opposed to being in a lab, she much prefers field-work, and is often just as eager to be the test subject as she is to be the one doing the testing. The validity of her findings are more important to her than game of competition that MIT reportedly attempts to breed between its members. That said, she'll still play. She isn't above trading taunts or politicking; she chooses her words carefully.
At her mechanized heart, Alpha is a lover and a fighter. She is naturally outgoing, equally fascinated by the mundane and the extraordinary. To her, science and magic are one and the same, and she's willing to do her damnedest to further the cause of both.

Among Isaac's first few and faulty memories are that of a controller being placed in his tiny, toddler lap. By whom? His mother? She didn't play games. At least not many. His father? Possible, but the man was rarely home. His brother? He only has one—Ishmael—and he's younger.
