Personality
Aalam is quiet and contemplative but not unfriendly however he just seems to say little preferring to watch and wait. He is never rude but doesn't have much in the way of manners or tack. For when he has an opinion on something he believes it needs to be said. Believing that it should not be held back with unnecessary fluff, for they stop progress.
Life has taught him the value of being prepared for any eventually. He has spent so much time in the wilds tracking a meal or hunting down a bounty, that they are like a second skin. The fault of being unprepared has been impressed upon him, but in the same respect, he had seen people so reliant on gear that when they were stripped of it, death came fast. He likes to keep a balance with himself enough to keep himself alive but to know enough that even if he has nothing his will would be sufficient to keep him going.
He is sincere however if he has given his word then it is a bond that has been forged in iron and then capped with steel bands. He will never break a contract even if that contract would end in his death, going to any length to fulfill it.

Background
San was a carpenter for years ever since he graduated from high school, spent most of his time in his father work shop. He learned everything from him how to work with patience, to the proper way to work a piece of hard wood. That man was his life he raised Aalam as a single father and still was able to make time to have dinner with him every night. Taught him to value every chance to strive for the best no matter how much the deck seemed to be stacked against him.
Then he died in an accident with a drunk driver by the time San had gotten to the scene his father had already passed away. The next few weeks were blurry to him nothing seemed to matter he spent most of his time at a bat trying to drink away his sorrows to no effect. He was able to keep his father business afloat, but there was no joy in him. Until he got an email from an old friend for the greatest game, he ever played Terra Online. Needing a way to relax he jumped in.
